To help us prepare for your arrival, we’d like to introduce you to Serenité Concierge Services — our exclusive offering designed to personalize and enhance every aspect of your stay. From booking water park tickets and dinner reservations to arranging shuttle service and more, our dedicated concierge team is here to assist.

To ensure the best availability and service, we kindly recommend submitting any concierge requests at least 2–3 days prior to your arrival.

Instacart Delivery

If you’d like groceries delivered prior to your arrival, you can place an order through the Instacart app and have it sent to our Serenité Membership Gallery.

  • Delivery Address: 503 Camelback Road, Tannersville, PA 18372
  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Our team will ensure your groceries are placed in your residence before you arrive.
  • Important: When placing your Instacart order, please include the name the reservation is under in the delivery information or notes section. This helps our team properly identify and deliver your order to the correct residence.
  • Note: Please inform the front desk of your scheduled delivery time.

Already checked in? No problem! You may also use Instacart during your stay by entering your residence address and residence number directly when placing your order. Deliveries can be received at your convenience.

Shuttle Service:

Our complimentary shuttle is available within a 20-mile radius of the resort on Saturdays and Sundays, subject to availability. To ensure availability, we kindly ask that all shuttle bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Mobile key access:

We use an app called Dormakaba BlueSky Access for your mobile room key. Mobile keys are sent out later in the afternoon on your arrival day. Please be sure to download the app in advance.
