Who can participate in the Serenité Partner Referral Program?
The program is available to approved individuals and businesses who align with the Serenité brand and values. Participation is complimentary and subject to review.
How do I submit a referral?
Once approved, partners will receive referral instructions. Referrals must be submitted prior to the guest’s initial contact with Serenité to qualify.
What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is considered successful when:
- The referred guest is new to Serenité
- The guest completes a qualifying tour and trial stay and becomes a member.
- The member has signed their contract and paid.*
What is the referral reward?
Partners receive $500 for each qualifying referral that results in a completed membership.
When is the referral reward paid?
Referral rewards are issued within 60 days of the referred guest’s completed qualifying booking.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No. There is no limit on the number of qualified referrals.
Will my referral be treated with discretion?
Absolutely. Every introduction is handled with the highest level of care, privacy, and professionalism, in keeping with the Serenité experience.
